Great place to eat. Food was wonderful. We reserved and stated it was a birthday party. They made us personalized menus. Bring your credit card....it is not a cheap place to eat! Can run $100 or more per person depending on your order.

Looks like what I imagine Miami looked like in the 90s... but they have super fresh seafood and make a solid cocktail. A great, intimate date spot.

Have been going here for 7+years.. the best, freshest seafood, and raw oysters in this city, probably all of Iowa. Their menu is an ADVENTURE, like Disneyland, you cannot eat everything on it in just a few, wonderful visits to 💦 SPLASH. It is diverse, fun, always pleasurable. Their wine and libations selection is second to none as well. The serving staff is also exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable about ALL the food served, great specials everyday they're open. You can even get food to pickup. Now, do NOT let the pricing scare you away nor discourage you from going BECAUSE, like most superb things in life, you get what you pay for.. QUALITY. Non locals / tourists / just visiting Des Moines?? GO HERE at least once.. you'll be thrilled you did! 🤗 😁

Very quiet night though the staff was attentive. Food was great though it did come out a little slower than I'd expect given how busy they were.
