First time here and it was 💯. We caught happy hour prices (4-6pm) for our wine and appetizer. The Happy Hour burger was delicious along with the Salmon and Dumplings my girlfriend ordered. I had the North and South cocktail which was full of tequila and tasted like a campfire. 

We grabbed the Creme Brulee for dessert and they also brought out some cookies compliments of the chef. 

Experience was wonderful for our date night. Definitely coming here again.

Good place for me to meet with a customer it was quiet. Servers were there and helpful but let us chat. The food was very good and it tasted really good. I will be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stop and chill.

We visit Des Moines at least once a year. Table 128 was recommended to us earlier. One of the reviews indicated dropping in without a reservation might work. David Thompson, the Hospitality Manager,  found a table for us at 5:15 pm on a Saturday. We both had the Chef's special 3 course dinner on the 14th of April 2018 with the pairings. It was an amazing meal.  We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will return for the very celebration of food and life it represents.

Love the intimate, quiet dining experience.  Food is always incredible!  Staff is excellent!

Perfect restaurant for a family dinner or date night out!. Went here to celebrate with my family for a graduation and the atmosphere was perfect, food & drink selection was great, and they even had pretty good choices for the little ones.
