I ordered business cards online to be printed at the Bend Location. When I got there to pick them up, I spoke with 2 people in the Print center and after UPGRADING to the "Glossy" cards for an additional charge and less amount then the "matte", I quickly realized that they werent "glossy" at all. I then told the girl behind the counter. She said that was a matter of my 'opinion". HA! Ive been getting business cards for over 10 years. I know what Glossy means. (They dont tell you that its a lower quality paper). Then after careful inspection of the cards, I noticed that my PDF proof and the cards that were printed, were two different FONTS. I then explained that to her. She made me go home, to send the new ones in, but then I would be Charged AGAIN! i called the manager and explained this to her. She seemed apologetic but all in all, she didnt call me back that day like she said to REFUND my money and she still hasnt called me back so I could send in my order to have them printed "same day" as suggested on the website. Horrible customer service. You know I ran a Walgreens before.. and we never treated customers like this. Still waiting on my refund.

I had to have some documents printed out and didn't know how to go about doing that. I went in and was helped right away. I emailed the documents and she printed them for me right there. It was 79 pages front and back and I only had to pay $13 it was so easy and super cheap! I recommend staples for all your printing needs

I own a small business and the staff always gets what I need done when I need it done by for the lowest price possible.

Don't order products delivered by this store. They use a local service that delivers to the wrong place. They are terrible and we have quit using this store because of the bad experiences we have had with their choice of delivery service.
