I’ve been to this shop twice now for repairs / screen replacement. The service and professional is amazing and much appreciated. I’m an older, semi-tech savvy customer and he’s always supportive, patient and informative. Prices are very reasonable and he works fast!

Nick is an old man’s NERD person. He replaced 2 iPhone 6 batteries. $29 times 2. He teaches as he works. So much disinformation from Sprint and other carriers were blown up by my boy Nick. I will always use Apple products. I hope Nick stays in Bend.

Great personable professional customer service. Knowledge, quick and FRIENDLY! I mean .... customer service is almost as important as product knowledge and he has BOTH!

This guy does not even deserve a 1 star review. I have NEVER been to a place wit the horrific customer service Nick and his wife have! if you want to be treated like less tahn dirt and absolute terrible repair quality come here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
