Best Buy

Best Buy was super helpful with my Home Theater needs. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable on the product I was interested in. They suggested a perfect TV mount and Geek Squad (Clinton and Ben) came and were super efficient with the install. Kept my house clean and safely installed my TV with mount. Very happy with my experience and would recommend to others as well.

Tried contacting this store and never could get a hold of them so I went in with family. We went in to get my battery replaced on my phone and was told by the person “greeting” that it was the mobile area that I needed to go... after standing there for 10 minutes, the person at the counter said I needed to go to the geek squad. Went over to the “geek squad” and told them about the issue that I had been incurring. They gave me a card with an extension on it that I could contact them on. Well, after waiting 10+ minutes, I could not hold the line any longer. I am canceling my appt that I had made with them. NO MORE BEST BUY for me. I have had nothing but the worst luck with this store and this is not the first time I have had issues. Poor customer service, the staff is less than excited about being there... is it an issue with management perhaps?!!

I had the best experience with a man I believed was named Alec. I had come from the AT&T store and was pretty disgusted with their customer service. I was looking to buy a iPhone X without breaking the bank and he was so patient and helpful. I got a thorough explanation of the difference beteeen the X and 8plus and he was so patient with me picking a plan because I was so indecisive, all the while telling me I wasn’t bothering him at all and he was happy to be helping me! He made sure I was aware of every penny I was spending so I wasn’t surprised later and was a pleasure to talk and work with. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Spent a Saturday afternoon looking at laptops. Just wanted to comment on the Best Buy computer staff who are excellent! They are knowledgeable and great at customer service. We spoke with individuals educated in Apple products and individuals educated in Microsoft products. Thank you. Seriously these guys were educated in the products and have great patience in dealing with customers. Also, with no personal adgenda to sell certain brands. Thank you Best Buy for a great experience and to your staff for providing that. And yes I did drop some cash on a new Dell XP 13 for those of you reading and wondering.
