Great selection of used bikes. Would give it a higher rating, but their selection of used motorcycles is lower than I anticipated. They could do a dealer trade, but wanted to see the physical bikes for comparison.

Stopped in today to check out some Honda Groms, didn't know they closed at 3 and walked in at 2:58, was greeted by Bryan who talked with me and walked me through the paces with the grom, got me estimates and everything. 3:30 rolled around and a light shut off on the showroom floor, which only then Bryan informed me that they had closed a half hour ago. Amazing to me that someone would take an extra half hour after close to help out customers, even a customer like me who is coming to look at a first bike and knows next to nothing when it comes to the whole ordeal. No doubt if I buy a grom come summer, I'll be taking my business to Starr Cycle.

The crew from Starr Cycle are extremely helpful and also very knowledgeable. I have an older Honda Nighthawk that isn't the easiest to find parts for but they've been a great help in giving me pointers on what "actually" needs fixing and what doesn't. My co worker also purchased a bike through them and as far as I know the process went very smooth. I can trust these guys with my bike.

Great People, wonderful help, quality rides (new and used) and friendly service. You can find better prices but it's hard to find this type of service after purchase as offered by Starr.
