The word to describe my buying experience is definitely "Excellent". I never felt pressured. My multitude of questions were all answered with patience, respect and clarity. I was very comfortable throughout the process and was treated to a "neighborhood" feel. I will not hesitate to go to or recommend Belle Plaine Motorsports for future purchase or service needs.

Loved working with Mike and recommend Belle Plaine Motorsports 100%. Mike is a real pro and a pleasure to work with (as is the rest of the staff). He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the products (and where to get a good bite to eat in town)! He sent me pictures of my gorgeous Triumph Bobber Black as it was being built, was very helpful when deciding what mods and accessories to add, and didn't try to "sell" me anything, but rather, informed me honestly of the pros...and the cons, of some of my ideas. The whole process was fun and easy and I couldn't be more excited about my new bike. First Class from start to finish.

Bought my Bonneville Bobber here. No pressure, I never felt like just a sale, and they took care of every question I had every step of the way and had my bike ready with less than a day's notice. Great experience all around and discounts are a plus too.
