Wow great service. Lindsay took great care of me and went the extra mile. Very thorough and great attention to detail. Made sure I was taken care of on time. Guys were great changing my tire. I was packed for a trip so they even had to dig out my spare. Finished the job on time as they committed. Will be back for sure!

Always seek a second opinion if told anything needs work at this Sullivan Tire. I'm new to this location but from what I've heard locally is this location has gone down hill over the past few years. I finally decided to not even use them for tires at this point. I've had issues where every time they change my tires, they would find something critically important to fix immediately as it is a safety hazard such as brakes (always brakes). I would always bring it for a second and sometimes a third opinion and no one would ever confirm the findings from Sullivan. Another time, my brake light was flickering on and off. Their diagnosis was the brake pads were critically low and needed to be replaced as well as rotors. The garage I contacted for a second opinion added brake fluid which turned off the light and also noted the pads and rotors looked great. I've been driving with the same pads/rotors for a year now and the vehicle has passed recent inspection. Recently, I called to put two snow tires on the front. I was told by the girl at the desk that they could do that and to bring it in. I was then contacted by another tech AFTER DROPPING OFF THE CAR the next day, that they will no longer do this. A heads up would be appreciated and staff should be well informed. NO excuses. The staff is friendly but you can't trade poor diagnostics and unnecessary automotive work for kind service UPDATE: Although Sullivan Tire commented that an area manager would be in touch to discuss these issues, I was never contacted.

I’ve started bringing my vehicles here due to the location being super close to my work. Staff is very friendly and they called me to let me know what was up before performing any work. Can’t beat having my car worked in while I’m working and not on my own time and it’s definitl a bonus that it gets me a closer parking spot to walk to work 😉. Thanks for getting me in Right away for the tires.
