Super 8 by Wyndham Millbury/Toledo

Nice hotel, needs a little deep cleaning to get all the dust and lint behind the bed and dressers. Seems like they've did an update new pictures, beds fridge and tvs. It's mainly truckers. While I was here I went to the adjacent bar, it was nice, people were friendly. The food was OK, could've been a bigger portion for 350 for a serving of fries... Overall drinks are priced OK, chicken was OK could've been fried a little longer. My room was comfortable, walked back from the bar so no driving is needed...I had a good night's rest. They have full service hot breakfast, but I didn't get any, I had to get back on the road

After checking my identification at the desk, they made a photocopy of it "for their files" without my permission. I told them I was not comfortable with that and wanted to speak to a manager. No manager was available. Then I was told that no room keys were working, so someone from the desk or maintenance would let me in my room. I asked for a different room that had working keys. None available. Called Super 8 customer service 800# and they politely took all the information then told me that someone would get back to me in a week. Wow.

Room was sub par. TV was maybe 32” if that and Internet was adequate. Stayed for 3 weeks and bathtub was never cleaned. Constantly complained to front desk about trash, towels, and trying to get the linens changed weekly. High staff turnover apparently since their excuse was always that they were short handed. Had to ask for someone to vacuum the floor. Soda machines were either out of selections or took money but didn’t dispense anything. Walls are thin and you hear everything above you as well. May be ok for a night or two stay but wouldn’t suggest for longer.

This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and your view is of a truck stop and bunch of semi trucks, however the room was very nice. Spacious room with jacuzzi, and all other things that would be offered at a high end hotel. The price was great and the staff was good. The nearest shopping plaza is about 15-20 minutes away. If you are looking for an inexpensive getaway I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was out of the way for where we were going, but the room was nice and big, it was clean, and the staff were nice. There were some burn holes in the top cover for the bed, but we had a smoking room so it wasn't that huge of a deal, also the jets for the jacuzzi tub didn't work but by the time we got in it we didn't care that much since it was still relaxing. Overall we were satisfied considering how inexpensive it was.
