Absolutely professional staff treated me so well, didn't try to upcharge me for anything. They showed me that there was a mouse in the air filter and didn't try to pressure me for another one and even asked about the wiper blades without any pressure. and Anthony is a fantastic guy so friendly and I will go back. They are always so nice here, and go the extra mile to preserve the life of your car, they replaced a bad filter today I had no idea was bad, all at a reasonable cost. They couldn’t get the filter off without removing the wheel, at least that was their claim. I have had a half dozen oil changes at other quick stop oil changes. They changed the filter without doing so. They were apologetic and replaced the oil they drained for no charge. Just wasted 45 minutes while they tried to figure it out.Service: Oil change

We came through when driving from Georgia to Michigan, unexpectedly needed to get an oil change. The service here was great! All of the staff super friendly and professional! Would recommend this place to everyone. Quickest oil change I’ve also ever received.

Updating my review. I have been using them for maybe a year, and it has otherwise been pleasant. The price this time was way higher I am not a math surgeon, but like 30-50% higher. I made a remark about it, and the guy working made a snide comment about "has goes up, we go up." One of those comments that leaves a bad taste your mouth, enough so that I will probably shop around next time, and I am writing this to encourage others to, even if they used Take 5 in the past.Service: Oil change
