Texas Vision & Laser Center

I tried to make a new patient appointment for some ongoing vision/eye issues and the receptionist was totally rude. She answered the phone with a bad attitude and when I tried to explain the reason for my appointment she was very short with me and seemed annoyed to have to do her job. The 'first available' was more than a month out and I said, no thank you, I will look elsewhere and she said OK, bye! Happy to not have to do her job. I called different eye care facility and they listened, the receptionist there was friendly and seemed to want to help. I got an appointment scheduled for the very next week. First impressions matter, especially with so many other options out there. There is no reason the first interaction in a service industry should be a rude one. But it was, and I will not be spending my valuable time at Texas Vision. No thank you.

The initial visits were long, but the benefits after cataract surgery are great.

Efficient office and nice staff. Dr. is very personable and my results have been great!

Nice people work here but they put me in a room for almost an hour without anyone coming in to let me know what's going on and how much longer will I have to wait . Took time off of work specially for this appt. Highly disappointing

The office staff and dr. Bullajian were FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!
