KE Eye Centers of Texas

I was really impressed with the quality of the staff at the Plano office and also with the surgical team led by Dr. Evangelista. I had some anxiety while beginning the procedure and was led through this by the staff in a very reassuring and comforting way. My eyesight has been remarkable since the surgery and I have been able to resume most of the outdoor sports that I enjoy because of the vision that I have now. For instance, when I would snow ski with my glasses (inside my goggles), many times they would fog up right in the middle of a mogul field---not a great thing to happen at that moment. But not anymore thanks to KE Eye centers of Texas. Recommend them highly.

I had a cataract removed in November and it went very smoothly. Unfortunately I have had some problems after the surgery with the eye. Dr. Varani is now my Dr. and she is amazing!!! I highly recommend KE, they have a very knowledgeable staff and are very patient and kind. Thank you KE for your loving care.

Great experience! Staff is so friendly and accommodating and Dr. Evangelista is amazing! He is compassionate, has a great chair side manner and does excellent work. I couldn't be more happy with my experience or results!

Had LASIK in December 2017. Right eye is perfect. Left eye is a little less than perfect but much much better than it was. May consider a "touch up" procedure in another 3-4 months. Overall very satisfied.

Good Doctors (visited Plano office), poor customer care and worst billing service. For DOS 6/27/2017 whatever they asked me to pay, I paid at the office. Later looks like they have billed $163.97 for the same DOS after insurance coverage/adjustments. The bill was sent to collection (QCS) directly without sending me. I would have paid immediately if the statement I received. After investigation I found that Kleiman Evangelista has sent the bill to wrong or incomplete address (missing apt number on the statement) based on the proof's I asked from collections team. I have followed up with KE Customer Care to correct everything. Frustrated with KE billing service team and at last I spoke to Alex and Jackie at customer care to fix the address issue and paid the amount. My concern is that I have visited their office on Dec 2017 too but no one told me that I owe a balance, no courtesy call, also they have not got a chance to the correct billing address verifying my details in Patient form until today holding them to complete it over a call VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE.
