The Hotel ML

Very polite staff very pleasant from the moment you walk in they even help you bring your bags up. We stayed on the sixth floor room was very clean and comfortable no roaches no bed bugs and very quiet on this floor. The restaurant was awesome and the buffet breakfast was very good! Only two elevators makes it very hectic but overall I would stay again and recommend others to stay as well!

Hotel ML is a nice place if you have kids under the age of 12 . It is attached to a small water park Coco keys. My kids are very young and had a great time at the water park. The room is small but cute. The only problem with the room when is a big problem is the intense bleach smell in the blankets. But once i put it on the floor i slept fine.The restaurant was ok ....breakfast was good. Staff was nice

This place isn't maintained properly. Overrun with trash in the parking lot and elevators. Three times I took the elevator there was either ice cream or a drink or trash on the floor of it. The bathtub drain didn't even work. The waterpark is so crowded it's not even enjoyable. Good luck finding somewhere to sit down to eat in there because no one wants to pay the 8 bucks to rent a locker so they leave their stuff all occupying all the chairs and tables. The place is just poorly run overall.

Would never recommend this hotel. We stayed for the water park which was overcrowded and the water temp was cold, my children had blue lips and shivers after 15mins. Our room was disgusting, it had cobwebs on the ceiling, what appeared to be blood stains on the bed skirts and dead bugs and boogers on almost every wall. The bathroom was not appealing with bubbling rust all over the door, the shower was just not up to par or very clean. Children ran up and down the halls from roughly 10pm-3am. The hallways had trash strewn about. We were booked for a two night stay and left after one night, I received a discount of $86 dollars still paying $130 for the night that we stayed. A day later two additional charges appeared on my credit card for almost $600. Had to cancel my card and file fraud charges. All in all just a horrible experience, do not risk this happening to you.

The hotel is very nice. However, it needs updating. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms small. Walmart is across the highway, several eateries are within distance. Did not go to waterpark, was told hotel pool was dirty. One of the people with me went to the pool, said worker tested the water and she asked was he going to clean the pool, he said no. Pool looked like it was not cleaned for this season.
