Courtyard by Marriott Wall at Monmouth Shores Corporate Park

I choose this hotel because of the ratings and unfortunately was VERY disappointed and would not stay there again. Overall I found the property not clean and up to the usual Marriott standards. Other issues are as follows: For two days, the computers and printers were not working. I needed to print boarding passes and when I inquired at the front desk, they offered to print but it wasn't my boarding pass. When a computer was finally working, I went to sit down and discovered that the keyboard was completely covered in ants due to someone spilling something on it. In the fitness center, there are bright, hot lights directly over the treadmills which makes working out extremely difficult. The last issue that I encountered was someone knocking at my door at 9:15 am, presumably housekeeping, asking me when I was checking out. I advised her that check was at 11:00 and I would be out before then. Never in all of my travels has that ever happened. I found the staff not friendly at all -- each time I passed an employee, they would look away. Overall a bad experience for me.

What a GREAT STAY! I am an event planner and use hotels all across the country. You will have not be sorry. And Edythe, the Event Coordinator, in AMAZING!

This Courtyard Marriott is very clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

Room was nice but staff checking us out was rude and unhelpful. Loud drunk guests across the hall woke us at 3 a.m.

The lobby was very comfy. I was meeting a friend staying at the hotel and we sat and talked for hours. The lobby was quiet and allowed us to catch up.
