Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel

The staff is great. They were very nice and welcoming. Check in was fast. There is a bar with good food by the lobby. Prices are a bit high but they are large portions. The room is very comfortable.

The staff here was amazing!!! I arrived at 8:30am after driving all night from NC. The young lady that assisted me was very sweet and understood how tired I was and didn't hesitate to check me in early. She was amazing!!!! The rooms were nice and beds were extremely comfortable. The food at the bar was just ok nothing to spectacular it was just edible. There is a $16 fee for parking which online it does not state that information. Outside of that this place was outstanding. I would certainly stay again.

I've been here a few times for a professional meeting for work. Access is very easy from the airport/78. Never stayed in the rooms but the breakfast/lunch that is served is always nice. Bathrooms are clean. Good place to hold a professional event/meeting.

The room and basic services were fine. The airport shuttle was prompt and comfortable. But the restaurant food service was slow. Definitely allow extra time if you're getting something to eat before heading to the airport or an appointment. The Hotel Details listed by Google are not correct: * There is NO POOL at this hotel, despite what some summaries of its amenities indicate. * On the other hand, I was NOT CHARGED extra for Wi-Fi.

They over charge for everything. As if the almost 400 a night is not enough. They don't even give you complimentary coffee for the money you have already given them. No morning breakfast unless you pay 20 dollars for eggs. No internet they charge for that as well. Nice building but for the price. Not worth it.
