The location is excellent and the view from the room is amazing. The furnishings are cheap, though fairly well maintained. Not only is no maid service provided (which I knew ahead of time) but you are expected to clean the room, take out the trash, and wash the dishes before you check out...

I would give this place a 5 star rating based on the amazing location, room, views from the 35th floor, and cleanliness. The room itself was phenomenal and the 24hr phone support was super helpful. 1 star was deducted because of the unwelcoming and rude front desk ladies. Upon arrival, they didnt greet us or say hello. They just watched me walk toward them and said, "Name and I.D." handed me the envelope with my room keys and sat back down to talk to her coworker. We got to the room and had an issue unlocking our door so we went back downstairs to ask for help. Instead of trying to figure out a solution, she looked at me like I was stupid and just went ahead to help the person behind me. We ended up calling the phone support instead because we didn't know what to do. They admitted that the doors at this location were a bit tricky to unlock and gave us step by step directions on what to do. Another star is deducted because parking was not included with my stay and trying to figure it out with the rude front desk was painful. I called before I came and asked about having a car here. Over the phone, I was only told that it was $26 for overnight parking. The $13/hr during the day was not mentioned. So, again we were looking to find out more information about the parking situation from the front desk and they seemed very bothered by the fact that we were asking. They just kept repeating that it was $13/hr when what I was really asking was when that $26/overnight takes effect and if we get charged every time we leave and come back. We ended up getting our answers from a helpful bystander. I have names for the person who responds to these reviews. The parking situation, wasnt great, but not horrible. The front desk girls, however, we're very unpleasant from the moment we walked in.

Good clean stay . Very convenient for visiting Manhattan. And amazing view from 47th floor.

Very clean and spacious. View was amazing and everything in the room looked brand new. The gym and other amenities were nice and your walking distance from many restaurants and bars.

Beautiful apartments with stunning views of Manhattan. PATH railway a five minute walk away with good links into Manhattan.
