The staff was nice and did what they could but clearly they are not well staffed or they are not staffed with people who are willing to clean and take care of the property. When we got to our room the entire room smelled like poop because there was an unflushed turd in the toilet. When we tried to flush, the toilet was clogged and not drained. Also no towels in the bathroom. We went down requested service to get our toilet taken care of, they were willing to just put us into another room. Once we got to that room, again no towels and bathroom still smelled but toilet was at least clean and working. Also there was mold growing on the ceiling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There were definitely shady business going down outside late at night and did not feel safe at all. Motel style and def not what I remember Ramada to be

I have read some reviews before booking my stay with Ramada Wyndham and I was pretty concerned about some negative feedback coming from other customers. However, as I was limited in time and budget, I still thought Ramada can be a good choice for the money. My room was tidy and clean. As I wanted a non-smoking room (they also still offer smoking rooms there), I had to choose only one remaining room which was an accessible one for handicapped people, although I did not need that accessibility. Unlike a lady who checked in right next to me. It seems that I my booked room was offered to her and I was upgraded to a king-size bed room instead. As I said, the room was clean, I had a free parking, free Wi-Fi, there was also a breakfast that I did not take (was in a rush), but it was a nice stay. In conclusion, I may recommend the hotel for its location and price, if you are OK with 2-3 star ones.
P. S. There is a shop plaza nearby that has a Costco Wholesale store which is pretty convenient.

Let's be easy and honest. Whats good? Love the staff at the front desk Dean especially great. I stayed here for 12 weeks two years ago and all was good. Came back a couple weeks ago was very happy to see some of the same faces, like a home away from home, I live 450 miles west. What's not good? Need major renovations in rooms. Plumbing, electrical, hvac, all need serious attention. Not to mention the flooring, one room with carpeting has gum so old it was black, sticking to my socks. Another room with wood flooring had gashes in it warranting a future lawsuit when a person cuts their foot open. Good people who care work there, good spot, that amount of work to make it decent could only hold ownership accountable. If I was Wyndham I'd be ashamed and I'd just call it "DA INN" let's be real. It's a -3 star and the staff thats been there gets 5 stars.

Tried to scam us into a comped upgrade room that had a king and then charge us for the cot we needed for our reservation of 3 adults, then tried to upgrade us for a fee to a room that could have 3 adults. After ten minutes of arguing, our original room magically became available. The front desk person, Fantasia, was so unprofessional it was embarrassing for the hotel. The room is disgraceful. Outlets are barely attached to the wall, one is literally hanging off the wall. The air handler sounds like a helicopter, had to get a fan. There is no tv service at the moment because the directv box can't communicate with the dish. They will send maintenance out in the morning. They didn't give us sheets for the sofa bed, had to get those. Trim is falling off the wall. The curtains are disgusting. Management had stuffed paper towel in the door peephole, it probably goes straight through to the outside, but I am not removing it. The only upside is the guest service woman at 3am is doing whatever she can to help, I forget her name.
If I could get another place to stay, I would, but we're stuck at the moment.
Second day, they fixed the television. When we came back to the hotel, we had to get new key cards because ours were deactivated. Fantasia asked me if I kept it in my wallet, I said it had been in my pocket the whole time by itself, she said if it goes in a wallet or near a phone, they deactivate easily. I asked where should one keep the key card, she said that was a good question.
I walked by the pool to check it out, it had clumps of algae all over, no one had maintained it for quite some time for it to look like that.
The lobby looks very nice compared to the rest of the hotel. That's how they get you.

The workers are wonderful at doing there job and I'm sure there is only so much they can do, but they need to remove all rugs.. non smoking rooms still smell like ashtrays. Besides that the place is great.
