Great prices, very good house, and food service. Employees were very friendly and easy to communicate with, while others were more serious, maintaining adequate attentive, professionalism. Our rooms were very clean, and very well maintained. The hotel needed new carpeting in the halls, other than that, our visit has been a very good experience. We went to a very enjoyable all you can eat breakfast buffet. It was constantly being attended with some exceptionally fresh breads, fruit, and other abundant breakfast foods. This topper has sent the seven us on our way contented. It is very recommended and well worth the small group promotion price.

All the staff members were nice and courteous - provided some of the best service I have seen in awhile at some American hotels. Check-in process was fast and simple; they helped coordinate shuttle service; and they were simply genuinely pleasant.
Pool was closed when I visited but did not seem like anything special.
My room was outdated, dirty, dark, and just in dire need of help. The door was filled with scuff marks that looked like security had previously tried to forcefully open it with a metal bar; the deadlock was not working perfectly; lamp was covered in dust; and I could hear everything my upstair neighbors had to say all night long.
All-in-all I am not fond of the hotel itself and believe it to be absurdly overpriced, but I would be delighted to return for the service alone.

For full disclosure I didn't stay at the hotel as a guest. I attended a company function. Yet, I'd be remiss if I didn't comment on what I experienced. The lobby is comfortable and pleasant. The stuff is friendly and professional. There's plenty of parking and the parking lot is well lighted. The hotel is right off route 1 South and a few feet from the Garden State parkway North

Nice hotel. Conference rooms are not too spread out but not the easiest I have been to. Some rooms are upstairs and some are on the other side of the courtyard. Coworkers said rooms were nice. Food was pretty good as well.

Well located for Newark airport as beside the airport route highway.
Rooms very comfortable. Follows the brand Renaissance where you will recognise their furnishings. Only draw back is the room curtains let light through, but seems to recently updated the reception area making it look trendy. Good for large groups with extensive carpark, a bar with happy hour drinks at 5-7 and space for big functions and expositions.
Indoor /outdoor pool. There's a wait to get attention at the reception, just be patience as staff are lovely and lively. Shuttle free to nearby shopping malls. Their modern Asian restaurant & bar has an interesting integration of flavours. Worth a try.
