The Grand Summit Hotel

Great location within walking distance of downtown Summit. Beautiful lobby and rooms have old fashioned charm. Room location matters so try to get off the first floor for less noise. In house restaurant is good.

First time staying here. Lobby is very nice with a fireplace and couches. Great restaurant and good complimentary breakfast included. Great bar! Very reasonable prices..Hotel Manager and staff very polite. Would definitely stay here again!

I decided I would have my wedding at The Grand Summit Hotel only after meeting Teresa Garcia, Assistant Director of Catering. I fell in love with her before I really fell in love with my venue. Teresa answered all 100,000 emails and calls without hesitation and never made me feel silly or annoying. She helped me with EVERYTHING, including picking my florist who did a phenomenal job as well. The day finally came and it was honestly better than I imagined it would be. Everything went completely according to plan - no hiccups at all! My guests raved about the food and the service and the fun they had. It was a week ago and I am still getting phone calls and text messages about how friends and family wish we could do it all over again! It was the absolute best day of our lives and I couldn't have been happier with my decision in picking The Grand Summit. The whole process was a breeze (thanks largely to Teresa and Kathy who coordinated everything on my special day), and the day/night was one I will forever remember and love. Thank you so much for making my dream wedding a reality!

I was treated really rudly and denied service at the restaurant on May 25. The hostess told me they only had two cooks and the waiting time was 25 min. She asked if I was okay with that and I responded that I was fine. I joined my relatives and friends (about 11 people) who were already at the restaurant. We were all staying at this hotel. When I went to ask for a menu, a waiter told me that I could not order food, only drinks. I told him what the hostess told me and I was willing to wait. He told me, very rudly, that they were not going to serve me any food. I asked to talk to the manager, who ended up being rude as well. So, I figured why the service is the way it is. Sad, very sad service. Never again.

Super out dated. Some amenities have been updated but overall just okay. Beds are super short and not comfy! Thank goodness they don't have down pillows - they're saving grace! Staff isnt that helpful either...
