This place looks like a magical castle. The rooms are beautiful, the customer service was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the amenities were very nice. They have conference rooms and halls for weddings (one which I have attended) they also had a spa which was really cool too. I was only there one night so I didn't really get to explore much more, but from what I seen it was a very nice hotel that I look forward to attending.

Looks pretty. The food at the bar - at least the wings - made me a little sick. Plus, the service at the bar can be incredibly slow if you sit at a table. The bathrooms have no fans. Honestly, the more I write, the more I question whether 4 stars is too generous...

Very nice beautiful hotel, but there are a few things they could work on. First, 3pm check in with no possibility for any time earlier is a little frustrating. My fiance and I traveled from Baltimore and wanted to check in earlier, but we called in ahead to see if that was possible and it wasn't. Very odd for a hotel that literally looks like a castle to not be able to accommodate that.
Our stay there was very nice though. Very clean rooms which is always my main concern. I wish our room had a microwave and fridge as I bring prepped meals around, but I'm sure they can eventually add those in.
Took full advantage of the gym and pool which was very impressive. It was under construction but still open to the guests which I appreciate. I was able to get a full workout with all the equipment you can see in my pictures which is important to me as I make these trips. Usually you get like a bench and a few free weights, at hotel gyms, but this gym was seriously impressive.
The pool was fantastic. I visited in April 23 so the outdoor pool was closed, but I can only imagine how different my experience would have been if I was able to use the outdoor pool.
We got breakfast which starts at 6 and ends at 9. We weren't aware of that, but the staff was so friendly and nice that they allowed us to use our wedding vocuhers for the menu at 11. The hotel has a lot of potential, but the current staff that works there is really where the greatness comes from. They did an amazing job and really catered to my needs which I greatly appreciate.
So I had a very good experience overall at this hotel. I can only imagine how much better this hotel will get over time.

We're staying at the Parsippany Sheraton for Passover. We're having an excellent experience. The hotel is located right off route 287. Parking lot is wide and spacious. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and rooms accommodating. We're part of a group of over 900 people and it's running smoothly. The front desk is friendly and willing to help.

Nice hotel for business travelers. As other reviews state, it literally looks like a red brick castle. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms feel a little dated, but they are clean and are actually pretty large. Club breakfast is satisfactory, I wouldnt pay for it and would recommend other business travelers pass it up also. The food at Amuse, their restaurant inside the hotel has good as well.
