Exceptional service at the UPS store in Acton. You'll get in and out of here quickly because the owners/staff are so efficient and professional. Their packing prowess is impressive. And they are always kind and helpful; on more than one occasion I've gone in late in the day and they've always managed to get the package on the last UPS pick-up. Top-notch.

Couldn't be happier with their service!  Every time I walk in here they are enthusiastic and super helpful.  In addition to using their PO box service, I have made photocopies, sent items, pre-printed UPS labels and dropped off (Amazon returns, etc.), and made reports (they have all that binding stuff).  The team of Steve, Carrie and Ian are awesome!

Great service and reasonable prices - the manager Steve is very accommodating and helps in any way to get your item shipped quickly and cost effectively

Super friendly owners, helpful and professional. The entire process was painless, which I can't say about all shipping. Receiver happy too with how well things were packed. It was a bunch of hockey equipment, so no easy task!
