While the employees of this store have been kind and considerate, Unfortunately, the manager, Emily, and the Owner, Michael Withrow, cannot be bothered to do their respective jobs. Don't expect to actually get paid for a claim, even if its approved by UPS corporate. They will give you the run-around for MONTHS.

I've done a number of Notary Public transactions here, plus I've shipped out a number of packages from this store and I'm very happy! Friendly staff, knowledgeable store manager, easy parking.

I am shocked and disappointed on how my package came yesterday. It was 4 days late and the box was all messed up. So i took a picture. Apprently you people don't care about anyone stuff but your own. How disappointing.

This is the worst UPS I have ever been to. I went there yesterday to ship a package with a pre-printed label and all I asked was to use their TAPE and the guy at the counter said that using their tape was going to cost me $2. I can get a roll of tape for cheaper than that. SO apparently, its their "STORE POLICY".

Stopped in when the store was fairly new and I loved the service! It was perfect. Today I went in and I may never come back to the location. While the store clerk help me, they made me feel I was an annoyance.
