The UPS Store

These people are a joke. They try and rip you off by erroneously packaging things. I went in there once to return a pair of sneakers back to the seller and all I wanted to do was tape the box up and pay to send it off. The miserable old guy who I think is the owner takes my package to the back and comes back with 17 dollars worth of packaging materials that I didn't ask for to ship a pair of sneakers okay. That wasnt even the cost to ship it. I hate this store. Like someone put it in anothet review the ild old and the other nerdy lookikg clerk are opportunist that have no sense of what good customer service is,..They need to bring back the UPS drop off boxes! Only reason I went to these crooks is because they are 2 mins from my home...I will just drive to staples next time! You people really suck!!!

I have had several bad experiences with the owner of this site. One of which he refused to print receipt.... he expects you to leave package without some evidence that you handed it off what if it got “lost” no means to prove you have to him. Anyways Avoid at all costs. BTW listed as open till 5 on saturdays online but see picture cost me a trip. Hopefully will correct or update and make his moot.

What a drag. I came in and no one was at the counter. A big roll of tape was there, and I put a piece on my box. The clerk came around the corner saying, "whoa, there! What are you doing?!" I said I had a drop-off, and he said it cost me a dollar to use that tape. I said fine, and that I needed one more piece - but he just took the box out of my reach, and took my dollar. It was not even properly taped up. He didn't ring it up. He's a thief, making $100 on a roll of tape. Shameful. Obviously not beholden to UPS for anything, or they would act on this unbelievable spew of bad reviews!

I use ups everyday I have never had an issue with receiving a receipt for my drop off at ANY location. I also never heard there was a limit for boxes being dropped off. ASIDE FROM THAT the staff there was rude SEEMED RACIST . " WE DONT GET MONEY FOR PPL DROPPING PACKAGES" YOU HAVE TO BUY FROM US. REALLY ? THE INK U GET IS FREE AND SO IS THE PAPER IT COMES FROM UPS. GUY WAS JUST NOT HELPFUL. THE ONE IN PLASTOW NH IS A BETTER STOP.

so, this review is about this afternoon. had to drop off a prepaid package. there was only one guy working at the time. had to ask for a receipt for the proof of it being mail. the guy said that there are no receipts for drop off. having been to so many UPS stores in my life, i know there is a receipt! he had the nerve to tell us that we have to take a picture of the tracking number on our own phone instead of printing a receipt for us. he doesn't want to do his job. previous reviews on here are right about this man. he doesn't do his job, lies about the receipts, and is not helpful at all. pretty rude.
