They used to answer the phone. Now you can't get through to even find out if there's a notary on duty. You are forced to leave a message (or not) for them to call you back to answer a simple question. Truly pathetic. Used to do business with them...never again. Good luck on the wait!!!

This is the worst store to have any packages delivered there. staff is rude and ignorant do not answer your questions and just blow you off. IF you don't want your day messed up avoid this place. Hands down, worst customer service ever, and I'm not exaggerating. This store deserve zero rating on customer service in my opinion.

I'm not happy with that way they work I played for two day shipping. And my package got to them at 1:33 am today. And was supports to get here by 8pm to night. I live 6 hours away .Now I'm told I'm not get it for 5 more days. Ya not cool at all 😤 .
