Horrible customer service! I called for a towing service. They told me that the driver would arrived within an hour, more than 2 hours waiting and still nothing! NEVER AGAIN. If they would tell me 2 hours l would make plans for it instead of let me waiting in vain. It’s a shame l couldn’t give them ZERO stars...

The driver was EXTREMELY rude!! He was dispatched through AAA. When he got here, we were confirming the drop off place of my car, which AAA had already given him. He was stating that the over mileage was WAY more than what I know it was. We were BOTH looking at the map and I have two eyes, so I can see the mileage. He wanted to charge me a flat rate instead of the correct rate, over the 5 miles I was already given by my coverage with AAA. That's not ethical or honest. When I told him let me call AAA to verify, he got in his tow and pulled off. No conversation, no communication. Rude and dishonest. He needs to be addressed. I work hard and should not have to feel I'm trying to be taken advantage of for a few dollars, Highly upset,

they are very polite and professional.Peter worked on my Infiniti M45 today(Saturday ,,12-23-17) .very fast and reasonable price .great job Peter.you made my day. highly recommend it.

Called AAA and Thimpsons Towing was dispatched. I was given a ETA within 45 minutes from AAA. I saw the flat bed on the shoulder from where my vehicle was. The tow truck driver called and we told him exactly where we were. After another 25 minutes (which I could have walked to the tow truck), a different company was dispatched by AAA. I called Thompsons Towing and was informed it wasn't their area!!???? Before calling Thompsons directly, called the tow driver (on number he called us from) and guess what.....NO ANSWER. This is absolutely ridiculous. Shouldn't have accepted the call from AAA if it "wasn't your area". I'm quite sure we gave AAA the address of where we were, so passing that info to Thompsons seems logical right??!! I will do everything in my power to get this company removed from AAA list of Towing companies. Absolutely unprofessional and shady (not answering phone). Everywhere I can find this company listed, I will post this review. They should ashamed.

Went here because my radiator was leaking repairs were straight forward, a bit pricey but acceptable. They were able to complete the repairs around 3 hours earlier than estimated so that was nice. Some cash that I had left in the car was missing so if you plan on getting service here, don't leave valuables in the car.
