Windsor Towing

Please beadvise of your rights an the towing policy I, the state of Maryland an know,that this towing company is in violation you have the right to retrieve your vehicle 24hrs a day 7days a week that's the law but this towing company tells you there hours are from 8 to 4 wrong Maryland board of towing says towing companies must be available to release your vehicle if they,don't note you can,file a show cause hearing with the board of towing an licenseing the owner Chuck of this company is very rude I wouldn't give this company a half of,star but Chuck know what go's around comes around the way you run your company is unlawful an I will do everything in my power to see that your company is in compliance with the state of Maryland towing policy I'm going to teach you somethings lol please know that if your in an accident you have,the right to call your on towing service pull your car out the travel lane an call your on towing service its,cheaper

Very tiny crowded parking area. Seem to be the only tow-yard responding to police request after an accident for this area. Rates are outrageous! $200 just to load and take to their lot and then $32 a day for storage until you get it removed. After my accident; it took me 2 days to find a towing company that would be willing to tow from a tow yard so I ended up having to pay $364 to get my totaled truck back and then another $200 to have Wilson's toeing remove it. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I made a reservation at 10:00, but they came at about 10:40. No one else is ever on time. I don't want to recomend this company to people.

3/10/16 - Car was dead when I woke up and tried to leave for work, my roadside assistance linked me up with Henry's Wreckers for a tow to my dealership. They arrived very quickly and got me to my dealership just as quick. My driver Mike was exceptionally courteous and went the extra mile for me. All around Mike provided excellent service and truly made a crappy situation more pleasant. I would certainly use this Henry's again. In my mind, customer service goes a long way and these guys have it down. Thanks again Mike. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.
