Double J Towing & Transport

These guys are awesome! Very fast, careful -- got the job done promptly and perfectly, and very friendly and nice attitude as well. Fair price also. They came out within 10 minutes late on a Monday night even with a light rain -- great job. Recommend them 100%.

This a great towing company with outstanding service. They are familiar with the area and were able to find me based on my general description of the area which I wasn't familiar with due to the fact I was out of town. The rates are reasonable and affordable in comparison to many others I called in there area for rates. In addition to towing and storage he was able to diagnose the problem with the vehicle and aid us in getting the car back on the road. This allowed us as parents to keep and eye on our newborn, get him out of the weather, and focus on where to go for the night until the vehicle can be fixed. I was very pleased with the service and will keep this card in my wallet in case of any future problems with vehicles in the MD area.

Had the best experience with this company! I was terrified i had allowed my engine to seize due to putting off oil change. Immediately J, while still on the phone, put my mind at ease by saying he was on his way and would check things out and take god care of the situation. He absolutely came through! Other tow drivers wouldn't have cared enough to try to trouble shoot what could have been a high paying tow but J did and to my surprise & delight actually got my started! If that wasn't enough he wanted to make sure i made it to my mechanic safely... so he followed behind my vehicle in his tow truck and even offered me a ride to my house after i dropped my vehicle off after hours!!! WOW i was blown away by such above and beyond customer service! Who actually goes the extra mile for their customers these days?! (Literally ;) Double J Towing does that's who and i will be recommending them to all my friends. You hope you don't break down but when you do it's very comforting to know there exist a company that cares about their customers like family. Thanks again & again! Doublejtowing responded to my request for assistance in a more than timely manner. Jay was most knowledgable and diagnosed the problem in short order while explaining to me all that he was doing. A real gentleman.

Absolutely the best towing experience that I have had! When my tire blew out over 40 miles from my house and had to leave my car on the side of the road, luckily Jason and Double J Towing was less then 0.2 miles from its location! Jason was very professional and up front with me about cost and was able to help me get my car to a local tire shop so I could be back on the road in a a matter of time!! Thank you so much Jason and for anyone who is in need of a tow you should definitely check these guys out first!! You won't regret it!!
