I parked at the Jumbo Internatiinal Food Store, whom is definitely in cahoots with this tow company. I parked in the handicap spot and I had two toddlers with me. While getting the kids out one must have knocked my placecard onto the floor. I came out 20 mins later and my car was towed. Couldn’t get an Uber because I didn’t have car seats for the kids. I had to walk 2.5 miles with the toddlers to the tow company. I asked if they checked to see if my placecard fell, the man said it’s not their job. If it’s not hanging or on the dash they tow. $175 ...very upsetting. I will never shop at Jumbo either because the tow ticket said it was per their request. Just a quick way to make a buck. These guys are troll towing. I hope the few bucks was worth it, I returned my $160 worth of food too.

Diamond Tow Company are thieves in the night, the have stolen cars damaged cars and have unprofessional drivers. Be aware when you see them lerking around at night in your parking lots your cars will end up missing and found stripped! Do a background check on your drivers!!!

I would like to thamk Mike & Deante for pulling my truck out the back yard. We had a lot of rain today and my car was stuck in the mud. They did an outstanding job and took about ten minutes. I would recommend them if you need towing and recovery service and wI'll keep they number for myself if I every need their service.

Currently filling a complaint with the BBB and Prince Georges county for wrongful towing. Be careful and take pictures of where you park so you can show the wrongful towing. And when I asked to take to the person who towed my car they give me the run around.

Okay so every bad comment about this place is definitely true. They tow cars between 3-5 am right before work to piss people off. Second they don't answer their "cell phone" unless they want to. My car was towed from in front of my house because it didn't have the new parking sticker which I understand but I also believe it was because he seen my tags were from dc. I have had my car for over a year with no scratches or accidents. However these people tow my car and the driver not just damaged my car but F***ed it up bad. And if you look at it you can tell that it smacked something and slid across. I picked my car up about 3 hours after it is towed. I don't give them and hassle argument or nothing. I pay,( I'm frustrated because I leave out to go to work and my car is gone) and I leave. As I'm driving I can hear something moving a bit in the back so when I'm finally get out the car and I am just standing I see that the right side f my bumper is completely cracked from the top to th bottom and it was my muffler shaking. Long story short I called them which was probably an hour maybe 2 after picking my car up and the boy who answers the phone there tells a bunch of damn stories of where the manager is once he find out what you are calling bout. I called damn near everyday for a week and then they stop answering the phone when they seen my number pop up and the guy who answers even had the audacity to tell me that calling there as many times as I did was like being a pest. The manager didn't call and never came to the phone for a good 2 weeks. So I randomly popped up and he is just sitting in the little dumb ass booth saying he was so busy. I let him know that the least you can do is let me know something and not just duck my calls. So all of a sudden his system not working I gotta come back or call back. He doesn't see any damages before the car was towed but the discrepancy is that I drove it off the lot but I also called back the same day like a hour later. I didn't magically have any damn accident in that time frame. This company is not professional at all and he never had any intentions on calling me back. No one there knows how to conduct business or do their job correctly, but they do know how to swipe your credit card and collect the money.
