J & L Towing and Recovery is by far the best towing company I have had the pleasure of doing business with. From the time I told them my problem, they all ready had the situation! The owner Juan has definitely out done himself, by having the most professional employees I have ever meet. I successfully got my vehicle moved from Virginia back to Maryland safely and I highly recommend this Towing company! Thanks a lot for your hard work gentlemen!

I witnessed a situation today at Kingdom Square Shopping Center. I later found out the driver was Dave. I witnessed how professional and courteous he was with this gentlemen whose vehicle was about to be towed for parking his vehicle in a firelane and leaving it unattended. When the owner came out as the vehicle was already hooked up, Dave kindly explained why his vehicle was about to be towed. The gentleman explained the situation, after Dave went over rules he agreed to release the vehicle. There really should be more Professionals in this field similar to what was witnessed today.

Terrible, NASTY, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL! Treated like a a criminal when your vehicle is towed, and all you want is basic information on why the vehicle was towed, and how to retrieve it.

This company lack business ethics and professionalism. My parking sticker was missing when I went to pick up my car at their Beltsville location. Chris clarified with the manager of the property I live on that the parking sticker was there and the manager give an okay to release my vehicle at no charge. Chris advise me to go pick up my vehicle. It was stationed outside the gates of the Beltsville location. I got in my vehicle and the driver seat was pulled all the way back and my steering wheel was locked. I looked at the rearview mirror, around where my sticker was originally placed, but it wasn't there. The sticker imprint was still there and the spot was still sticky. I called the towing company office back and then they accused me of taking the sticker off myself (I have attached pictures). Now I can't go home tonight and have to go to the office to get a new sticker! The sticker was there before they towed it and on top of that this has never been a problem in the last year of receiving my sticker. I don't even know how to remove the sticker myself, and actually ,still have the sticker issued the year before strictly because of this fact (come to find out that it can be removed with hot water). This causes a lot of suspicion. I was reading through reviews and I see that this isn't the first time an incident like this has happened to those who has had their vehicle impounded. This company is sabotaging people.
