THIS IS THE BEST TOWING SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD!!! I’ve used the service before and it is amazing. They came earlier than I expected and were very polite. The prices were very reasonable. If you need towing service call Alpine Towing.

I was in an accident and my insurance company dispatched Alpine Towing to get my car. They were called at 4:10 and I was given an estimated time of 60 minutes. I called at 5:10 I was told they should be there any minute. I waited another half hour and called again. Again, I was told they should be there any minute. I had to bring my family home so I wound up leaving and called the company to tell them I left the keys in the center console. Around 6:45 I hadn't heard whether or not it was picked up. I called the company and they told me that I should contact my insurance to have them send a different company because they were running behind. I called my insurance but they were closed at the time. Around 7:45 I called again and they still hadn't picked up the vehicle. I was told that they were going to get it and that they should be there soon. I fell asleep around 11 p.m. and still haven't heard if they picked up my car not. I woke up and had no voicemail or text saying of car was picked up. I called the company and was sent straight to voicemail even though it says they are open 24 hours. I will try to call again but at this point I'm very disappointed with the service. As of last night a 60 Minute ETA turned into 6-7 hours of my car sitting on the side of the road. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone.

Called hours ago and the driver came left to get gas and I haven't heard from him since I kept call the number but it keeps sending me to voicemail and I'm still stuck on the bridge.

What an experience! I called at 5:30 to schedule a pick up as I was stranded in a secluded place and was told that it would be 30mins. When I called back to dispatch at 6:15 I was told it would be 20 more minutes. Finally the driver called and said it would be 7. When I placed a call to him at 7:25 he told me he was stuck with a car half way on his truck and he would be longer. I called dispatch to inform them that this was horrible customer service and the gentleman Wes thought that I was already picked up. He apologized profusely and came to pick me up himself in less than 15 mins 
The first priority should be communicating effectively with customers. Although things were horrible I appreciate Wes coming out and helping me. 
The driver needs to be FIRED!
