Damaged my car. I do not recommend them at all. I confirmed the adress and phone number before posting this review. I am sure I'm reviewing the correct places. Seems like they try and blame another shop for every bad review.

They prey on the residents of the very same community they are hired to patrol. My car was towed from handicap parking because I forgot to hang my parking tag. My tag was in the car and my license plate is registered to the community board. I showed them my proof of residence and they told me the rules are the rules and charged me $140. People who do business like this are shady and shouldn't be trusted. What comes around goes around... When it's their turn, the rules are gonna be the rules.

Alley Cat to the rescue! I called AAA when my car was stuck late Wednesday night, and Alley Cat responded in a matter of minutes. My car's position was a major challenge, but Dan is a master at what he does. He carefully sized up the situation and used every tool in his arsenal to lift and turn and so carefully move my car out of danger. From the minute he arrived, I knew that the situation would have a happy ending. He continually affirmed his commitment to move my car without damage. Dan was very kind and reassuring and explained everything as he worked. I didn't know until now the AAA is the hotline to superheroes. Thank you, Alley Cat!

These guys are amazing. I took a road trip with my girlfriends to Washington DC and got stuck in Maryland. David, the tow truck driver picked us up within 15 minutes. They then took it to their shop and repaired our vehicle within just a couple hours and we were back on the road to continue our road trip. During the time we spent in the shop they were very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Alley Cat Towing.

Anyplace that tows a car with a visible handicap sticker showing is full of horrible people. The man at the office said they tow any cars in reserved spots because people pay for their reserved parking spots at GG, but seeing as how I myself have a reserved spot and I didn't pay for it, I don't see how they can tell people that garbage. People with handicap stickers have them for MEDICAL REASONS. I'm not saying don't move the car if it was in a reserved spot, but don't tow a HANDICAPPED car to another location. Move it to a spot that's not reserved. This is SHAMEFUL!!!
