Absolutely no manners, unprofessional, overpriced and appalling behavior. 1) Firstly let me remind you guys that you are are in the car towing business which requires patience and some manners. Hanging up the phone on me while I am stuck on the side of the road is an absolute disgrace. After I thought this was an accident and returned the phone call the guy continued his rant and had the audacity to raise his voice and make the situation from bad to worse. 2) When you are stuck on the side of the road and expect to get your car towed the last thing you need to hear is their attitude. Did you guys forget your customers are paying for your overpriced service? 3) The most important part of running a business is being professional. As a business owner myself I can tell you their staff is not trained. You guys should be used to dealing with a high stress environment, rather then stressing your customers further.

Excellent/speedy/pleasant service! My driver was on time and even called to let me know his ETA this morning (2.8.2018). They will be my 1st choice from now on if I ever need a tow in the area.

Called on 11/8/2017 at around 8am. Somebody needs to teach these people some manners. The man I spoke with was extremely rude and began to yell over the phone after I asked him a question. I am 100% sure that the positive reviews below are Fake and created by employees who are part of the business. If I had to choose between having my car towed by them or having my car towed by a 5 y/o boy riding a tricycle - I would definitely choose the latter. Moral of the story - FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH. This one doesn't deserve your $$$.

He said he'd be at my location within half an hour. He was there within that time. When he got to my location, he got my car hooked up, off the street, and at my apartment in less than fifteen minutes. The job was done quickly.

Very professional, fast, and friendly. I called to have them tow my car from a dealership to a mechanic. Dispatch told me they would arrrive in 30 minutes. He actually arrived in 20. The dealership took forever to get the car ready to be towed, and the Carlitos driver was very patient about that. Having your vehicle disabled is never a fun experience, so I'm grateful that the towing company made the process a breeze.
