Wright's Towing

Joe, the owner, was quick to respond via Yelp. I live in PA and had an odd job for a sports car from my father's estate in the area that had to be hauled out of state down in central VA within a very short period of time. After a brief exchange, I was able to set up a date to have him remove the vehicle and haul it to its destination. He was easy to get a hold of, responded quickly via email, phone/text, arrived punctually, then delivered the vehicle to the final destination on time and safely. Pricing was very fair and easy to understand. The whole process was made simple, which was a welcome change due to the overwhelming task of managing the estate of a passed loved one. Joe was courteous and professional, and got the job done quickly. I can't recommend Wright's Towing enough. When in the southern Balt-metro area and I'm in need of a tow, I'll be calling Wright's.

Wright's Towing, is hands-down phenomenal!!! The service I received was far beyond, what's expected from a towing company!!! First, I received a text message which stated their eta. Joe of Wrigt's Towing, called me when he was 15 minutes away and introduced himself & let me know he was near. Once he arrived, he realized the insurance company had not given him the most accurate vehicle information. He could have stated he couldn't help me any further & call another provider. Instead, he opted to go way beyond the extra mile & correct the issue & continued assisting me. I had to ride with Joe to my mechanic's shop, over 30 miles away. The ride was the most pleasant one ever!!! Compared to the other tow trucks, I'd recently ridden in (& yes, I need a new car)!!! This ride surpassed them all!!! Usually, tow trucks smell like cigarettes!!!! The air quality in Wright's Towing truck was right!!! It was clean, fresh & breathable!!! As if the service provided by Wright's Towing wasn't already stellar & at its peak in performance, Joe made sure I made it home safely & drove me home, directly to my front door. (Trust me I am no spring chicken) This was pure generosity & follow through on the exceptional customer service, Wright's Towing, provided! What an incredible, amazing & incomparable experience ever!!! I would highly recommend Wright's Towing to anyone who is in need of a tow!!!!! The absolute best!!!!

My friend and I got stuck in the mud yesterday. Wright's Towing made it to us in less than 20 min without me even giving them a proper address. They were very professional and had us out of the mud in less than 10 min. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs. I was totally impressed.
