Henry's Wrecker Service

Just stopped to ask a question to a driver that was parked in a metered zone with a sign that says 12 hour parking I figured they do the towing for this area so I asked if you had to pay for this area or if it was free during certain hours. Let's recap why I took the time to post this. I walked up and said "excuse me sir" he didn't look at me so I said "Sir!" Louder this time to which he doesn't look at me and says go ahead I'm listening in an annoyed tone I ask my question he rolls his eyes says something I can't catch to which I replied "ok then have a good day" why take the time to post this? You want business being a tow service isn't good enough anymore having some respect to acknowledge someone taking the time to address them in a professional way will get you future business. Never will I call this company for a tow and neither will it be suggested to someone. Hire some new drivers who will treat people with decency.

This guys kept me waiting for more than two hours. I kept on calling and they kept on giving ma an ETA of 20mins and I was waiting for two good hours then I canceled. This should be ur last option.

Rules are rules. I get that, however, is there not an element of human decency and understanding that should go along with strict adherence to said rules? I patronized two stores in the evening of January 9th at the Shoppes at Burnt Mills. My car would not start after my shopping was complete. I had a very important dinner meeting that evening and decided to handle the towing first thing in the morning. I placed a large note on my windshield explaining that the car wouldn't start and I'd be back first thing in the morning. I even discussed this strategy with an employee of one of the businesses and we both agreed that mercy would be bestowed upon me and my car. Big mistake. My car was towed at some point during the night for exceeding the 3 hour parking limit. I arrived in the morning to meet my AAA tow truck driver only to find my car had been impounded by Henry's. I had to cancel my AAA tow, drive to the impound lot, pay the fine, and start a new AAA tow request to only wait another hour. Lesson learned. Predatory towing companies don't give a hoot about human decency.

Reviews suck, even answering service suck even more( Hanoria was his name). Should settle for a job he could handle without passing the buck and hanging up on distressed customers! So disappointed with their answering service!
