Morton's Towing & Recovery

They were great! My former coworker was here from Arizona and had a flat tire on his rental car. I called and Justin was there in less than 10 minutes! He was super friendly and changed the tire quickly. I got his card and will definitely call in the future if I am in need of service.

The worst experience I have ever had with towing. These people are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by towing your car. The guy had a major attitude and refused to tow my car less than 10 miles away, they rather tow it to their tow yard so that you can pay additional charges. They tell you one price then charge you more. I wrote a certified complaint letter to the owner, David Morton, and it showed that it was received, but he never responded. I called his office in Rockville, still ignored. The poor treatment of their customers is obviously the culture there. Don't get fooled by the shiny trucks. They are terrible!

My front rear tire blew out on my smart car, and luckily they were able to come and tow my vehicle back to my house for a great price. Amazing customer service as well. I highly recommend this company.

Outrageously unkind and unprofessional! I am so astonished that this company has kinda high reputation in google, since my experience with them was literally horrible. Got flat tire on 5AM while driving. Called them and the office representative couldn’t track my address properly. It was, well, kinda understandable, but the worst part of the service was their towing agent. He was extremely rude and literally YELLED AT HIS CUSTOMER when I was on the phone with my mom to talk about my towing destination. I understand it was a tough late night to work with good manner, yet he didn’t even try to maintain professional manner to his customer. The price might be competitive—it was $131 for me—but definitely not worthy For this extremely disrespectful service. So highly NOT recommended unless you want to get yelled at from your towing agent and have an upsetting experience when you desperately need a helping hand. Plus, you have far better services in this area(I tried to reach them but failed, so had to call this outrageous company unfortunately). Why should you get this unprofessional and unkind service when you have far better ones?
