Amazing customer service and I was take out. Offered me ice cold water while I waited. Very caring and sincere. Greeted everyone like that. I'm impressed.

Good for Hanford, maybe. Picked up food twice from here (always gotta give them a second chance) with similar experiences. Place looks clean inside. Fairly generic decor from what I could see. The wait was bit crazy without the place even being busy. First time had to wait extra 15 min after showing up on time 20 min after my call. The second time had to wait additional 30 minutes after arriving 30 min from calling my order in....both times I only got 2 rolls. Got the fancier rolls and they tasted pretty underwhelming. One of them tasted good though. I'm not a huge sushi snob, I tend to like it regardless where I go, but not the case here. More than likely I'll be planning on getting my sushi fix outside of Hanford.

Me and my wife love the food, but our last 5 trips were for take-out. They made the food wrong everytime and even worse it was the same repeated mistakes. We spend on average $60-$100 each trip. When I called to speak to a manager about this same mistakes again today I was told they would have to call me back? Guess my satisfaction is not longer a priority, so my family and money will obviously need to find another establishment that values us as customers.

Let me start by saying I have not tried the sushi here, but what I have had time was the lunch special, the Teriyaki Bowl. Both times it was excellent and the service was great.

Nice restaurant with plenty of parking. Pick your table carefully as at some tables you wont have no privacy The chicken teriyaki was delicious! The beef was a bit disappointing .. Sushi was pretty good too, although the wasabi and ginger came only after asking for it Fair prices, I can’t wait to come back here
