Yummy food! A great selection of small plates to share. I also love that some of the tables were sunken and that they use privacy screens. Makes the setting super intimate and cozy.

So illI star by saying this is not a sushi restaurant. With that said, it is the best Japanese restaurant around. Casual, fantastic food. Large variety. Quick on the service. Friendly atmosphere. If you are not familiar with traditional Japanese tapas food, get ready to Google all the menu items. Well worth it!!!

The food was worth the wait. My friend ordered sushi, but I don't care to eat raw items much here. I loved the grilled and braised preparations. Sharing with a friend with rice was perfect. Even with many orders of food and rounds of drinks, our bill was only ~$110 for a satisfying dinner celebration. The interior is small, almost bordering cramped, but in a booth, it was intimate and cozy. The service was attentive, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed; sitting at a corner table made it challenging to flag for some help. Can't wait to have an occasion to come back.

Food was okay, maybe a little pricey. Their credit card machine stopped working halfway through, but they were nice and gave ice cream to people that waited.

Good food. Go off hours to avoid crowds. Sign in at the front desk: there is no sign up sheet to do it yourself.
