One of the best Japanese restaurants in a 40 mile radius, great for lunch, always busy in the evenings but a great place for both eat in and take out

This sushi restaurant is on the outside of Hollister in a small office park. The interior is nice, and the service is always fast and friendly. We love the mixed tempura, as you usually get two of each item. The Miso soup is always a favorite of mine too. The sashimi is nice quality and about your average CA sushi/sashimi prices.

Surprisingly good for Hollister, service is a bit spotty but the place is clean and friendly with tasty food
