Jin Sho

They have good & affordable (for Palo Alto) lunch offerings. The bento box is the least expensive thing on the menu and it’s contents rotate daily. The lunch prix fixe is a great deal, I usually get the rock shrimp tempura and Dragon roll. They can fill up fast, so arrive early for lunch or make a reservation. Dinner is more expensive. Some of the dishes remind me of Nobu, and the chef used to work there. Supposedly Steve Jobs favorite sushi place.

So overrated. They use far too much sauce on all the kitchen dishes. Far too much dressing on the salads. The fish quality is good but honestly I feel gross having eaten there tonight.

I have come here a lot for lunch and like the lunch specials. Delicious lunch combos for a very fair price. Last night was one of the rare occasions I went for dinner and as always, Jin Sho did not disappoint. Dishes are very fresh, full of flavor and just the right portions. Service is friendly and quick. Make a reservation, if you can. The space is small and fills up fast. Also, plan a few minutes extra to find parking at peak hours.

とても美味しい。Great and delicious food and unbelievable sushi. Some fish delivered straight from Japan. Amasing service. Conveniently located, near by alot of street parking.

Food is good and delicious. I always get the lunch set with the soft shell crab and the fish (cod I believe?). The sauces are pretty good. Will definitely go back there for more lunches!
