Always helpful and knowledgeable. We were in the midst of moving and our own truck broke down. We reserved a truck via the website and were given a place in East Peoria for pick up, got there and they told us we needed to go to Allen Rd for a one way rental. We arrived at Allen Rd location and they saw our truck was actually reserved at yet another location 😣. Al got on the phone and switched our reservation. We got a truck and drove on our way. Thank you very much for your assistance. Highly recommend this facility.

The team is amazing! They were all polite, helpful and upbeat. They went through the process and explained all the paperwork. Extremely easy to work with, especially with day of needs. Highly recommend them! Thanks so much!

I have rented from here several times. Each time was a good experience with this last time being excellent. My motorcycle broke down and I had to retrieve it without being too late for work. They got my paperwork through quickly and me on my way. When I dropped the trailer off I was unhooking it and the clerk brought me my checkout paperwork to my truck so I could get on my way. Very nicely done.
