Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Moved up from Texas two years ago and turned in our truck and trailer here.They were helpful in us finding this location and letting me know exactly what I was required to do before handing over the keys so I didn't get any extra charges. It all went smooth. If I ever need another uhaul,I'll definitely be coming back here. You guys rock!!!

Incorrectly lists maximum towing capacity lower than FACTORY SPECIFICATION to try to push you to rent one of their unmaintained trucks instead of towing with your own vehicle. I've tested multiple times for the same trailer with the same vehicles and now suddenly they "can't do it". Very rude as well about it.

Guy tried charging me twice for trailer, had no idea I was picking up trailer today. Workers were just clueless and oblivious to what was happening. However it as very affordable.

Brian was incredibly helpful with fixing my converter box to make my car trailer ready! He is very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure everything else on my truck was good to go. He even stayed late to help me on Halloween. I will definetly be coming back to this uhaul in the future! Thanks again Brian!
