This is a quick, efficient place to take care of your shipping needs. The employees are quick and friendly enough. The only real issue is the parking. It's a tight fit.

My father-in-law and I have used this packaging and shipping store for years. They always deliver first class service, carefully packing your goods and giving you choices in shipping carriers. Just today they spent 45 minutes with me on a 10 box load and made the experience wonderful. I highly recommend this outfit for any and all shipping needs. Competence and class.

Wonderful service and I totally recommend them. Fiance and I rented a U-Haul from here for my move. The truck was available on time, clean, everything explained well to me. Return is easy with the app and they have a key drop-box. We had an issue returning it a little late after hours where U-Haul the website ended up charging me more and Express Packaging was totally understanding and got me a refund. Did I mention they helped us on a weekend outside of their business hours? Great customer service!

Customer service was my expectations. Dough, the owner was very sincere and helpful On the package I had to send. Love the fact that how they make it feel less like franchisee customer but more like a friend. Love the place and would be going again and again. !!
