U-Haul Moving & Storage at College Dr

Very rude counter guy. Don't go here if you want "friendly" customer service. I went in to purchase several packing items. When questioning about the packing paper and the difference between the two boxes, the answer was vague. I was going to open the box to see if it was on a roll or just bunched up in the box. The guy told me I could not open the box and if I did, I'd have to buy it. Just a simple piece of tape was securing the box closed. I told him I wanted to see what I was buying first and if I couldn't do that, I'd go somewhere else. He said go ahead and I did. Do NOT go here if you want FRIENDLY service.

We came in last minute on a busy day and we were very well accommodated, the charges were explained, the service great, the vehicle we rented was in excellent, well cared for condition. I can't tell you about short tempers or people in tough situations, but these folks are very professional and kind. This isn't the first time we have used them and received superb service and it won't be the last. It will be the only facility we use.

We just moved cross-country and were already stressed. Every staff member here (and I do mean every one we've come in contact with) has been so pleasant, patient & understanding. Big kudos to Melinda, Trevor and especially Emmy! We are very happy customers and the facility, by the way, is very clean, safe and HUGE! Well-run place, bravo!

You can get a refund for unused boxes but you have to have a receipt. If not you get store credit that takes 24 hrs to get. GM is a jerk and return policy is not on receipt. Trucks are best up and the one we got was just about dangerous as brakes were almost nonexistent. Go somewhere else to rent vehicle or supplies to move. You will be better off.

Well initially everything was fine however the manager is a real piece of work and on the day I went to officially remove my belongings he threatened numerous times to have me arrested because he very wrongly believed and accused me of sleeping at his facility overnight in my RV on several occasions is his claim. However my Google timeline does not reflect or support his accusations at all!!!!! In fact it reflects the complete opposite of his slanderous and erroneous claims and in no way supports his claims as fact. This man has a bad attitude, is judgemental, rude, has a small pea brain that is closed minded to the actual facts once he made up his mind as to what he believed was the truth no matter how wrong he is, and to top it all off he was unwilling to look at the actual proof I was willing and able to supply him to dispute his lies. I absolutely hate liars and people threatening to have me arrested for activities that I absolutely didn't do and can prove them wrong if they weren't so closed minded to the real facts and the real truth. I was treated and made to feel like some common criminal for no good reason. I thought Denver was a Cesspool of mean, hateful, lying, fake frauds but I was mistaken and Las Vegas takes the Cake hands down so far!!! The service I was given in Denver versus this fellas customer svc was night and day. In Denver I had a long and successful rental history and they were always my automatic go to company for any of my moving/ or truck rental needs for the past 30 years In fact my local Uhaul agents were always so nice and accommodating I would never in a million years expect to be treated so meanly especially after spending a good chunk of money & time with Uhaul during this all ready hard and jacked up move. However because of this one hot headed, mean, & ignorant dink I will have to seriously think twice wether I will ever use Uhauls svcs ever again. In fact I collected the 140bucks you want to rip me off for the month of Dec which d tty to your signs should have been billed on my actual signed date of 12-7 not 12-4. So you can stick the bill in your ear beause I left my unit on 12-6 and I will think twice and actively long and hard before I use Uhaul again. In addition can say you have single ha no handedly run off a long time loyal Uhaul customer with your poor customer service, lies, bad attitude, mistreatment and furthermore I'm going to make the extra effort to forward this review on to the corporate folks with my additional & accurate proof that you're wrong so they can get a better idea of how it is you really treat people and the lies you tell.
