Great delivery service. Torry and Schal delivered our new mattress set. They were courteous, friendly and provided awesome service. They were very careful to ensure that the product was moved to minimize any damage. They made sure we were satisfied with the product and their delivery. Would highly recommend both of them.

Used Red Carpet in the past as they didn't charge for extra items like tape, blankets and other items. Decided to use again for my move last week, but that was a horrible idea. Spoke to Team about how long it would take and they said since I didn't have any appliances, moving to ground floor storage unit and everything was boxed we were looking at 3 hours for 2 movers. Unfortunately the move took over 5.5 hours and that includes me assisting in moving the bed frame and also using my own dolly to move boxes into storage. Then the guys took a break before the last stop and only deducted 15 minutes even though the break was over 45 minutes. Spoke to John the owner who was receptive to my concerns and was going to refund me a portion of the move however that was a week ago and nothing have been subtracted from my credit card. Two phone calls and a messages and no response back. Super disappointed as they did such a great job the first time I used them.

These movers were fantastic! I have moved over 30 times in my life and this company is definitely top notch. They arrived on time, were very friendly throughout the whole move, took great care not to damage the house or my belongings and were fast. No goofing off. Thank you for making my move a little less stressful with your quality service.

My furniture order was delivered as schedule and in perfect condition. Torry & John were both professional, friendly, and very capable. They assembled my recliners and showed me how to operate them. This was huge for me! I am so grateful. I could not have done it alone.

We saw all great ratings on-line so we wanted to use them. I am sorry to be the one who had a bad experience. I would not have even done a review until I found out that they are only going to reimburse us $30 for a huge mirror that I paid $80 for and I emailed them the receipt too. I bought 2 of the mirrors and had them above both bedside tables in our bedroom. I had shopped for a year for those mirrors. Now I only have one. So I need to find 2 new matching mirrors for our bedroom with the $30 they said they will reimburse me. We were quoted a 3 man crew with an estimate of 4 hours. Only 2 guys showed up and it took them 9.5 hours to move our 1000 square foot apartment to our new apartment 20 minutes away. They knocked off $30/hour because it was a 2 man crew but we ended up paying twice what we were quoted. In addition, the movers broke a light fixture in the stairwell at our apartment when they were taking our couch downstairs. There were fresh pieces of broken plastic on the stairs that weren't there when I had walked downstairs before they brought the couch down. When I asked them if they broke it, they lied and said no. They also got our couch really dirty and one of our mattress covers really dirty. I would not recommend this company considering their lack of responsibility when it comes to breaking things. We gave each of the 2 movers a good tip because they had worked very hard but didn't seem to care about our furniture. I was going to let it slide until we found out that they are reimbursing us less than half of what I paid for the mirror they broke.
