Move 4 Less

Quoted me a price, but then had to add $30 an hour the next day for demand.... And didn't bother to call me to tell me about it. It took me calling them and the kid on the phone admitting he messed up. He also told me he didn't know how to tell me the price had changed. Since I was moving the next day, I was stuck so I said that was fine, but wanted to know if I could still get the AM and he said he would ask dispatch, then call me back in 10 minutes. Waited nearly an hour before I had to call myself and dispatch told me I wasn't even on the docket for the next day. They had to update their system and since I wasn't on the sheet, I wouldn't be until late in the day. Dispatch then told me they would see what they could do and call me back in 5 minutes. After 30 minutes more of waiting, I called and cancelled because I would rather do it myself than give my hard earned money to people who don't even care enough to call me back. I work in customer service, so I realize things happen all the time. Just please (if anyone from the company reads this), consider calling your customers. Yes, it's not always going to be a pleasant conversation, but please know that most people would probably be understanding. I would have been and probably given y'all rave reviews if someone had just shown me a little consideration.

The experience I had with Move 4Less was amazing. I've moved many times and this by far was the best company I have dealt with. They were on time, made sure everything was wrapped and secure,and broke absolutely nothing.!!! They even got done an hour and a half earlier then expected. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pain free move!!

Amazing experience with Move 4 Less, we had to keep moving our day and they were extremely understanding and helpful. On moving day, they were on time, very efficient and careful and finished quickly. The team was completely professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to move and we will use again for future moves without hesitation. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Good experience - I give it a 4 star out of 5 (or 7 out of 10). Scheduled move from 3pm to 5pm. We got a call on the day of saying the movers would arrive at 12pm. They moved fast and were done within the time frame estimated, which was very important to us. I know with every move there's always something that will get broken, this one wasn't an exception. Our imported leather couch had a scuff, our dining table a scratch and there were dents in our walls and doors. Nothing too substantial, but still there. The $0.60/lb refund for broken items makes no sense to me. Objects and furniture have different weight and value. A sack of sand weighting 10 lbs is not as expensive as a 0.5 lb crystal vase. Anyway, it was a overall positive experience - the furniture was not properly packed for transportation, but as we moved a few houses down, it didn't affect our move too much.
