What more is there to say? It's like walking into a boutique where hair, nails, and makeup meet expert advise. And sometimes they give away FREE stuff!! Who doesn't like that??!

Im honestly super disappointed. I drove all the way from Cave Junction (1 1/2 hours) to grab some Christmas gifts. When i got to the counter i asked the lady helping me if she could check if they had an item in stock in the back because there was no more on the shelves. She said, "I don't think we have those anymore". So i asked if she can double check since she wasn't 100% sure and she said "I'm here all the time and I haven't seen the product". So when I left, I sat in my car and called to see if they had the item in stock and they totally did!!! I'm so pissed. Not only did i drive an hour and a half, but customer service was rude about it and I didn't get the item that I orginally came for that they had in stock the entire time. I understand that it's Xmas time and it's busy but maybe you guys should hire people on hand JUST to make runs to the stock room to see if items are in stock since that seems to be such a big thing and the Ulta employees don't want to help at all. Complete waste of time.

Very overwhelming for me, because I don't do much with makeup. Thankful for the gals that help you find what you're looking for.

I got my hair done here and the lady who did my hair was very rude, she dyed my hair but didn’t even cut it after because she and I quote”didn’t want to stay later”. When I had came in the girls hair she was doing before was upset because she did the color to blonde and damaged her hair. This girl has poor experience with customer service. She was impatient and rude.

Rude ass customer service. Very poor will not shop here again telling everyone. The worst service. Rude do not care. Want to talk to management very poor and rude. Can't even get damn help you deserve no stars, so many people that work there, but can't find anyone to help. They are useless I'll stay with sephora
