I love the Rogue River Post Office. I definitely recommend coming here for passport needs. The ladies who work here are great, informing and friendly. I've never had a passport before so I wasn't sure how long it would take. It took about 10 minutes in total and the woman who helped me with my paperwork was very warm and friendly. If it wasn't a factor of distance, I would definitely use this location as my regular post office. Thank you for the positive experience and easy process to file my passport application!

It's very convenient, and the services they offer are great & fairly priced. However, their customer service needs A LOT of work!! Almost everyone there is very rude. I mean, would it really kill you to crack a smile??

Lobby is too small. The building is old and needs refurbishing.

My in-laws live in Rogue River and have for a long time. There is no mail delivery to their physical address, they have a PO box. Numerous times we have ordered online items to be delivered to them. If it is delivered by UPS, FedEx or any other delivery service besides the USPS it arrives with no problem. At the present we have no idea what company will deliver packages and therefore we have no idea how to get them delivered because the USPS doesn't always allow package delivery to a PO box. Someone needs to correct this problem and make it easy to have a package delivered to a physical address no matter what. Shame on the USPS for sending packages back when they do indeed know the name and their PO box. Do a courtesy notice that a package arrived that they can't deliver because they have a PO box. I'm a retired postal carrier and I'm ashamed of the disservice many customers receive. Someone needs to give a little extra to ensure service. Someday you may lose it all!!
