Delayed my first class urgent package with no warning of delays and we're extremely rude when I called asking about the issue. If they don't refund the senders money for this mistake then I will ensure that I will never use this facility ever again.

I really like this USPS location. The counter clerks have always been very friendly with me. Yes, sometimes there is a bit of a line, but I view that as a fair exchange when comparing it to the downtown location's parking or Gateway's traffic. The prices also seem to be more affordable than UPS and FedEx.

Horrible experience as a mail carrier for USPS. They were poorly managed, have zero concern for their employees, and are very money hungry. Long hours, favoritism most definitely, treat you like a number not a person. They have you train in Portland do not give you your travel advance until after you return so it is on your dime. Then paid out twice if at all and expect you to pay them back. I have had to spend more money to work for them than pay given. One advance was never given over $1.000 spent by myself and now they are asking for their advance back even though it was never given. On top of having to pay back so they didn’t send me to collections and disputing it twice they now have sent me to the IRS for collections for another $300. Worst experience at a job ever. Not affiliated with the Government, private company who will work you like a mule and chastise you the entire time. Avoid at all costs and Union will not help you.

Horrible management, incompetent workers, bold face liars overall. They do not cooperate with anyone when they have committed a mistake. One multiple occasions we have had our mail tampered with and packages withheld. If you call them and start questioning their motives, they will hang up on you rather than give you an answer. It’s incredible the local postmaster allows such a shoddily ran post office.
