Leave expensive packages without signature!!! I would give a negative score in available. Less than a year ago, they left packages that collectively contained $1,000 dollars worth of property (including my custom wedding ring). We were out of town and they told us they would put it in our lock box since we would be out of town and it needed a signature since they had lost said packages the day before.They instead left it on our door step the night before the eclipse, for it to be stolen. They still have not resolved this issue. Since then we have a sign on our front door that states ‘DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED PACKAGES. Please leave with front office due to high theft in area. What did I come home to? $500 worth of packages, right next to the sign. Their customer service has been horrible. For what we have been through and dealing with, we have received zero respect and time, and have been ignored, treated like we are a nuisance, and have been lied to. I am tired of their system always being down so you can never call and their managers always being out. I have lived in many different towns and this is the worse by far. I know others who have seen the delivery men steal their packages. Unsafe, unloyal and shady branch.

This is regarding phone service. I lost my key and went down to the post office to grt a replacement. They scheduled a locksmith and said that i would be getting a call today. I did not receive a call. I work until 5pm. After work I called and was on hold for 41 minutes after which my call was disconnected for seemingly no reason. After I tried calling back i received the message that the office is closed. I suggest adding an appointment tracker to the automated message system where people can get a simple confirmation or status of their appointment. It's ridiculous to me to go through something like that for something I should have been contacted for. Always go into the office if possible.

Horrible responsibility they forgot to put my apt num on the package so I waited for my package MANY days, I went to the office and ask them about my package, even they didn’t touch the computer to look up any information.. There is an old man works there I don’t know his name , if you are an international NEVER try him I’m so disappointed I was in need of that book on time ,bcz of my exam , I did my exam without reaching that book only bcz the guy didn’t put my apt num over the package ,with NO apologies

You may ask: "how can a post office be bad at its job, you just deliver mail." Deal with this one and you will find out. Never answers the phone. Homeless people live on the steps. And if you go in, watch out. Courtesy is unheard of. If there were any other way to get my mail, I would do it.

Consistently poor delivery. Damaged goods, boxes crammed into the mailbox, wrong mail, etc. Nobody to answer the phone.
