Every time I have a package delivered the lady puts the package in the parcel box but does not leave me a key. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This last time I ordered a one of a kind item, it was delivered but same thing as always, I wasn’t left a key. I called the next morning the man I spoke with said he would get in touch with the lady who has our route. Now the package is gone. My tracking info still says it’s in the box. I was left no note. I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone and I can’t get into the office until Thursday due to work/planned vacation. It’s very frustrating to pay for priority mail and have to deal with this.

I really enjoy the conveniences of this USPO: I like the "drive through" when I am dropping off mail, and I like the ease of printing my own stamps at the automated machine just outside of the lobby. When I need personal service, I find the staff very helpful.

OC post office has been providing horrible service to my family for 11 years. They have left packages of valuable product sitting on the mail box or sticking out of mail box only to have it stollen. Big surprise?! We have lost hundreds of dollars in merchandise. I pay good money to have stuff delivered and these people cannot even put it on the porch! What a bunch of deadbeats. Typical of gov't employees I guess. Good effing luck if you live in the OCD mailing district! Months Later: We live on Dick Drive near Carver. We have discussed our problem with the neighbors and found that they were having similar issues. Like us, they are very frustrated with the misdeliveries and lost mail! How can we resolve this problem? OC Post office seems not to care....

Today they say my package was delivered. NO NOT TO ME. Delivered at 5:11 pm. No f'ing way. I was expecting and watched. He came after 5:30 pm. They stop and drink, smoke their Vapes, we the public suffer. I guarantee I would not mess up once. I demand your driver be held responsible. April 24th, 2018. Clairmont way, Oregon City Oregon. 97045 I've waited months. Now your driver has my package or got under influence and delivered it elsewhere. I get others mail DAILY. Thankfully I'm honest, me and my girlfriend deliver it to the correct address. I don't expect I'll see my package as it was very nice. I do demand we get an early delivery with a routine driver. F you and putting us last. From now on I'm recording every mail pickup, then I'm going to build a lawsuit.

Won't deliver a package because of a dog I don't have. The other package came though. Left a handwritten note saying "you will need to come get". Because I payed for overnight shipping on a new mattress because I want to pick it up and carry to my house with my bad back. They should shut down the usps and subsidize ups. Unacceptable. Ups successfully delivered the re ordered package (to my front door) with no problems.
